This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations for MimicrAI's products and services ("Services"). MimicrAI is owned and operated by Fernando Sobral as a sole proprietorship. By using our Services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Subscription Services

MimicrAI operates on a subscription basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are subject to the following conditions:

2.1 Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscriptions, we do not provide refunds for partial months. When you cancel a monthly subscription, you will continue to have access to the Services until the end of your current billing period, at which point your subscription will not renew.

2.2 Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, we offer a prorated refund if you cancel within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal date. After 30 days, no refunds will be provided for the remainder of the annual subscription period.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our Services within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team at support@mimicrai.com.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@mimicrai.com with your account information and reason for the refund request. Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services that have been fully delivered or consumed
  • Add-on services purchased separately from the subscription
  • Subscriptions that have been active for more than 14 days (except as specified in section 2.2 for annual subscriptions)
  • Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service or have been suspended or terminated

6. Payment Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
